Mace Motion Alert

Monday, May 31st, 2010

The  following is a story how the Mace Motion Alert was
used.

Marcy poured everything she had into her little gift shop. She
rented a little building at the edge of a trendy neighborhood and
converted the upstairs into a small apartment for herself.

Although she wished she had more money in her budget for a more
elaborate security system, Marcy figured she’d be able to reinvest
some of the profits from her business into a high-tech solution
pretty quickly.

In the meantime, she picked up a few Mace Motion Alert devices.

For a fraction of the cost of a hard-wired security system, Marcy
installed wireless Mace Motion Alert stations throughout the
building. Each one includes a keypad that Marcy could use to
switch between a chime, which would help her keep track of
customers moving through the store, to an alarm, which would
sound if someone attempted to sneak into her upstairs living
space. She installed each one in just a few minutes, using only a
screwdriver.

A few days after her grand opening, traffic in the store evened
out a little bit, but kept Marcy pretty busy. Every time a new
customer would enter the shop, the Mace Motion Alert at the front
door would welcome them with a discreet chime. Marcy could glance
up from whatever she was doing to welcome her guests. Even if she
were helping someone else, she would notice the chime from the
back room, which sounded when her second Mace Motion Alert
observed someone checking out Marcy’s higher priced gifts.

One afternoon, a few of the neighborhood kids stopped in after
school. Marcy wondered why kids would be interested in her shop,
but hoped they’d at least tell their parents about it.  When one
of the kids started asking lots and lots of questions, Marcy
wondered if she was being set up.

Sure enough, she heard the wail from the Mace Motion Alert she
installed by her apartment. A second later, a petrified teenager
bolted down the stairs out the door. His buddies hustled after
him. Not only did the Mace Motion Alert prevent them from
stealing any of her personal belongings, but she was sure that
word would get out that her shop was off limits to thieves.

“Now,” she thought, “I can take some of the money I was going to
spend on upgrading that security system and hire myself an
assistant!”

The New Mace Pepper Batons

Friday, May 21st, 2010

The  following is a story how the Mace Pepper Baton was
used.  At the end of the story, you will find a bonus offer just
for you.

Christy waited tables at a hip little bistro a few blocks from
her apartment.  Though she loved her neighborhood, she always
prepared for the unexpected.

One night, one of the diners got a little out of hand. She could
put up with rude customers, and she could even tolerate patrons
who had a little too much to drink. She and her boss agreed that
anyone who tried to lay hands on her or on any of the wait staff
would end up enjoying the rest of their meal “to go.”

So her boss ejected a customer who looked like a rumpled college
professor after he tried to pinch Christy’s bottom. The guy
created a huge stink, but the customers applauded when he fell
down the steps and landed on the sidewalk with a thud.

Later that night, after Christy banked out and counted her tip
money, she headed back down the street to her place. She thought
she heard footsteps behind her, but saw nobody when she swung
around.

Another block away from the restaurant, she thought she heard a
trash can rattle. Still, she couldn’t see anyone in the shadows.

Only a few steps away from her building’s front door, Christy
heard someone sneeze. She whipped around to see the drunken
customer from earlier that night.

He lunged at her, shouting, “I’ll show you!”

Instead of bolting for the door – she wouldn’t have made it in
time, anyway – she pulled out her keys. Instead of a usual
keychain, Christy carries a Mace Pepper Baton. It’s small enough
to fit in a purse, and durable enough to inflict pain on an
attacker.

As the drunken patron grabbed for her hair, Christy ducked down
and slammed the Pepper Baton across his kneecap. Wincing in pain,
he buckled over and made another swipe at her. She retaliated by
holding onto the baton and swinging her keys against his face.

Stumbling, the attacker made one last grab. Christy pointed the
baton at him, unleashing its secret weapon – a blast of
debilitating pepper spray.

Christy’s attacker crouched on the sidewalk while she dialed
9-1-1 on her cell phone.

“Next time,” Christy said, “stick to what’s on the menu.”

The New Pool Safety Alarm

Saturday, May 15th, 2010

The  following is a story how the Pool Safety Alarm was used.  At the
end of the story, you will find a bonus offer just for you.

Fred and Marcy couldn’t wait for their new swimming pool,
to be completed. Summer was just around the corner and they already
had barbeque and pool party planned.

The two watch anxiously everyday as the pool builders came and
went through their yard constructing their new family toy. After
a few weeks they were ready to fill the pool and finish the
landscaping around the yard.

Marcy didn’t want anyone to see the pool until the party but she
really wanted an opinion of it before, so she invited a close
friend over.

The friend came over and completely fell in love with the pool.
She had so many questions for Marcy because she now wanted one
of her own.

One of the questions was about the inspection of the pool. Marcy
told her they were required to have door alarms on every door that
lead to the pool and also the fence had a height requirement.

Marcy then went on to explain the she and Fred were so annoyed with
the door alarms, that after inspection they decided to remove them
since they didn’t have any children.

But Marcy didn’t want to be completely unaware of any activity
around the pool so she did some research online. She found the
Pool Safety Alarm.

Marcy explained the Pool Alarm is an electronic monitoring system
that automatically sounds an alarm if a child or pet were to fall
into the unsupervised pool. It’s portable, self-contained and light
weight.

The unit is simple to operate. Entry into the pool would be
detected by the Pool Alarm’s electronic sensor, triggering a loud
pulsating alarm at the unit and inside your house from the remote
receiver.

The friend was so impressed she got the number to the pool builders
and the alarm company. She wished Marcy good luck on her party.

The party turned out to be a blast and since then Marcy and Fred
have decided to have children and they know they will get good use
out of their Pool Alarm

Unarmed Combat Course

Friday, May 7th, 2010

The  following is a story how the Unarmed Combat Course was
used.

Unlike most people, Bridget hated quitting time. She wasn’t a
workaholic or anything, but ever since her company moved its
office to save on expenses, she dreaded the thought of the four-
block walk to the parking garage.

Winter made things worse.  On top of feeling cold, Bridget
couldn’t stand to walk down the street in the dark. In the middle
of December, four in the afternoon may as well have been four in
the morning.

Adding insult to injury, her office manager had banned anything
that could be perceived as a weapon from the workplace. Bridget
couldn’t bring her pepper spray to work, nor could she invest in
a stun gun. Showing up at the office with anything she could use
to defend herself would get her fired.

When the New Year rolled around, Bridget vowed to get control of
things. She liked her job – and her paycheck – way too much to
just give it up. She thought about taking a martial arts course,
but that would eat up more time out of her day.

Surfing the web for ideas, she stumbled across one name again and
again.

Frank Cucci.

Wondering why so many people were talking about Frank’s
revolutionary self-defense system, she discovered that he picked
up some amazing techniques after spending over a decade as a Navy
SEAL. Behind enemy lines, you can’t afford to use something that
doesn’t work – the first time.

Watching Frank’s video, she studied how he blended moves from
different disciplines. Nobody else would even think to mix up
Bruce Lee’s fighting moves with straight up roadhouse brawling.
It’s what works, Bridget realized, and she didn’t have to be a
star martial artist to make it work for her.

A few weeks later, Bridget’s co-workers complained about stuff
missing from their desks.  She didn’t think too much about it
until she took the stairwell to the lunchroom – and stumbled into
an office thief!

All this time, she had worried about that awful walk to the
garage, when the real threat was right in her own building!

Bridget didn’t waste any time, since Frank’s visceral learning
style put all those key moves into “muscle memory.” Before he
could reach for a weapon, that thief found himself totally
subdued – by a five foot two inch tall office worker!

And for the first time in months, Bridget walked to her car
feeling totally confident in her surroundings.
